FAQ’s

We can comfortably seat 250 guests in a reception style layout with the tables and chairs we have.
Cleaning the venue after use is to be completed by clients.
Yes! We have a living quarters on the property. The guesthouse sleeps four guests, but it is more accommodating for the Bride & Groom.
To reserve your date you will need to fill out a contract with us and make a 50% down payment of the rental fee.
This can all be done online or in-person. We accept payments online via credit card or bank draft & by cash, check, or money order.
Payments can be done in-person, phone, online, or sent in the mail. We take the remaining 50% of the rental fee plus a $500 refundable damage deposit no later than (30) days prior to your event.
All weddings are required to purchase event insurance. Policies vary in price based on your guest count but are usually less than $150. Non-Wedding events are only required to purchase insurance if alcohol is being served.
Yes! Tours are by appointment only. We would love to show you the venue and discuss the details of your event.
You will have use of venue for a 14 hour time block on a 1 day rental (9am – 11pm CST). This includes time for set-up, the event, tear-down, and clean up.
Yes, you are able to bring in any vendor you would like.
Linens are not provided as part of the venue rental. We provide tables and chairs to accommodate up to 250 guest, along with two serving tables.
Yes, they are to be returned to where they are stored in the same manor as found.
Your event can be moved inside the Barn and the doors closed.
As long as they are not left unattended, pets are allowed. If they are left in a room during the reception, they must be kenneled.
Currently, we do not have our own sound system or public wifi.
There are 2 bathrooms, additional outside facilities are strongly encouraged to accommodate your guest and can be rented by you. They must be removed ASAP after your event.
